How to Reorganize Your Time for a Home Business

Hi! Welcome to my blog. Almost everyone needs or wants more money coming in, and with this desire most would like to start some sort of extra income-producing project. The trouble is, not many of these people seem able to fit a second job into their time schedules.

I am a stay at home mom. I am a wife and I have 2 sons, and I run my home business online. And I must have a schedule to run my home and my business, and still have quality time for my family, which is very important to me. I had to make a lot of sacrifice to be able to work at my home business. When my family is asleep at night I stay up to work, my extra time to watch television except for Oprah,(ha,ha) I give up, but more on me later.

It is true that most people are busy, but extra time for some sort of home-based extra income-producing project can almost always be found. It may mean giving up or changing a few of your favorite pastimes-such as a cup of tea with the girls or beers with the guys or watching TV-but if you score big with extra income project, you will have all the time you want for doing whatever you want to do.

The first thing to do is sit down with pen and paper and list your daily schedule. For me personally I had to sit down and make my schedule, its still a working progress, I constantly make changes. So, maybe you can consider what time do you want to wake up? I hated doing that, it meant getting up very early, but I thought of the benefits and why I was doing it.

Most people will find that they have about three hours each day that can be utilized in a more constructive or efficient manner. Efficient time management boils down to planning what you're going to do, and then doing it without backtracking. Start by making a list of the things you want to do tomorrow, each evening before you go to bed. Schedule your trips to the store or where ever to coincide with the other things you have to do, and with your trips to or from work. Organize your trips to take care of as many things as possible while you're out of the house. Take stock of the time you spend standing around shooting the breeze-especially the time you spend on the phone.

Well, my time is up for now...stay tune for more...Leave me a comment how you schedule your time for your home business.
